Understand what makes a good Napkin. For starters, the Napkins have different components according to their usefulness, both to dry yourself or for drying dishes. Here's what to keep in mind:
Absorption will be maximized by a suitable surface. The cotton Napkins are more useful for hands and body and napkins for dishes and glassware.
The Napkin is the most absorbent. It is ideal for dry hands and body, because it is woven on both sides, increasing its surface.
The crash cloths are a combination of linen, cotton and rayon, which are very effective for drying dishes. They help to increase the evaporation rate.
Damask cloths wipe fine glassware and dishes, because they do not fluff.
The linen cloth is highly absorbent and strong. It is naturally resistant to bacteria, will not leave lint on the glass and absorbs 20 percent of its own weight

Check the components of your Napkin. Good quality Napkins are usually made long fine cotton fibers. Some more expensive Napkins are made of Egyptian or Brazilian cotton. Although difficult to find, Supima cotton is an excellent choice for long-staple cotton grown in the United States.

Make your own tests. In stock, touch and look at what Napkins would be suitable for your needs.
Look closer. Are the fibers straight as the grass of a garden? It's a good sign ! If they are flattened, they will not be pleasant to the touch and will not be effective.
Touch them. Are they sweet? Are they rough? If the Napkin has a soft, velvety feel and is a bit heavy, it is good quality. If the Napkin is rough or like the canvas to the touch, it is of poor quality (do not buy the cheapest Napkins !).
Check its size. If you are tall or sporty, looking napkins larger than the normal size Napkins so you you dry more efficiently.
